David Booth was a special kid.  Played Football with a Heart Murmur [first time I ever heard the term was during a Physical where we all lined up naked and Dr. Tully went down the line making us Cough, etc.; Dr Tully found the Murmur and pulled David out of the lineup.  He was cleared but I will always wonder if it caused his early departure.  He Died too young.]

Sadly, David and I fought after school several times in Kenna Homes.  I do not even remember why???  But I still Considered him a Best Friend.  I miss seeing his Smile.

May His Memory Be Eternal.

I played football, basketball, and baseball with David and always knew about his heart murmer...we were friends all through school, especially our time at Spring Hill Jr.  He was a good athlete with loads of tallent and a very caring special person....I was really upset when I found out he had died.....they tried to make him quit playing sports, but David loved playing and someway always was allowed to play....hope to see him again someday.

David left us too early, if there is a help line in heaven, I plan to ask why some of us live so long and others go early. David kept me safe on the field most of the time and said play right Wilbur it's our turn to block and run. He could see the bright side of life and love to joke. He kept up with friends in the halls of highschool when we ran in clicks and kept Mr. Lee's rules. He kept his word and was blessed in sports. Lynn Wilbur
